You have to remember to place the fx loop as the first block in your chain, then it should send out a clean guitar signal. It's a little modification on the "Using Your Axe-Fx Live" section from here: http://wiki.fractalaudio.com/index.php?title=Axe-Fx_Wiki_Manual#Tips_And_Tricks
