I was out for a run this morning on the Burke-Gilman trail going over the northern tip of Lake Washington in Lake Forest Park, when I heard bagpipes coming from down by the lake. I have always loved bagpipes, so I took a break and ran down to the lake. There were these high school kids filming their buddy play the bagpipes for some school project.
It was THAT one song...you know that recognizable Scottish song that also happens to be played during the intro to Grave Digger's "Tunes of War" album. I don't know the name of the song, which is pathetic since I am 50% Scottish.
Anyway, it was a good excuse to take a break and I had to take a picture with my crappy/cheap cell-phone cam:
