im gonna be goin through there in a couple weeks. where can i find a metal friendly bar and some easy chics? ill travel about 1 hour in any direction from baltimore

Jaxx is in West Springfield. its basically in Alexandria/Washington DC area

also 9:30 club in DC. I saw Agalloch there.

High on Fire will be at the Ottobar in Baltimore on the 1st you're around then. Soilent Green, Misery Index and Decapitated will also be there on the 5th.

Ottobar sucks for anything metal. I go to Jaxx all the time, but sometimes 9:30 club in DC gets shows that Jaxx doesn't.


Jaxx is the easiest to get to, traffic-wise. Stay out of DC (especially the area that 930 is in). Jaxx would probably be about 1 hour 15 minutes from you, depending on the traffic. Get there early for shows...lines get long.
