I am wondering if any of you have had shirts made for your band and, if so, how many did you start off with for what sizes? We are starting with 1 design first, if that is pertinent to anyone.

Yeah we did as well. they came out to be around $6 a shirt because we ordered 10 of each of the major sizes (S,M,L,XL)
So we started with 40. We are kind of broke bastards so it worked out, we sold them for $10 each.

^ We've done the same thing. We usually order smaller amounts due to less cash. We usually do S-XL with 3-4 2X and 3X shirts, too.

We have got lucky with this.
One of the guys in the band, his parents have a clothes store. So we can buy quality shirts (not like fruit of the loom) for 3 euro's.
Then the other guy in the band has an uncle who ownes a printing company.
And for a crate of beer we can hang around in his company a whole day and use what ever we want...
So for a crate of beer we can produce shirts ourselves for like 3 euro's. We can sell them at 10 euro's a piece...
So we are very lucky with that. Only thing is that we are limited to 1 colour. Which colour doesn't matter but just limited to that.
At the moment we have 2 kind of shirts out. 1 with a gold logo and 1 with our logo and some bulb as a silver print...
On sizes. Order plenty of S and then M. Not much L, XL but have some also make sure you take some XXL for the big fans!
