As voting for Group 1 concludes, Christina Aguilera has guaranteed herself a spot in the second round after a close race. I was kind of surprised that Britney finished in third, given the support she has received on this board in the past (especially from the mods )

Depending on the number of votes in other groups, Shakira may still make it through as a second-place finisher...we'll see if 10 votes is enough...
