Bay Laurel

First of all: Sorry for as´king the question here, but i thought maybe here are some people with this band and give me some information about the latest activities of Bay Laurel. I saw the link on Katatonia to their site, but it is dead for month, and now i wondered if they still do exist. Anyone, any ideas?

The band doesn't exist anymore. If you go to the news section of their homepage, there is what looks like a newspaper arcticle (in Swedish). It says that they broke up and that some of the band members may cuntinue under the name "Violator" (they wanna do something in the vein of Depeche Mode).

that's bad news, i think they were a good band! Gotta check this Violator stuff! Thanx joy of grief!

No, I don't. Maybe that band/project never came into being. I guess they haven't done a whole lotta stuff recently. I mean, they didn't even bother to announce the end of Bay Laurel in English. So what do you expect...

it's strange some band simply just vanish frome the scene!
Like Love Like Blood, i dunno if they still exist!

I'm just listening to "Days of joy" from Bay Laurel and i have to say that this album really rocks.

jepp, In Sorrow's tide is ace! Some other good tunes on the album!

Again: Pity, they cease to exist!
