I have heard good and bad things about these guitars and tons of artists I like have at least one BC rich player in the band......... so does anyone know from experience if these are good guitars or not?

I own a Warlock, it is my beleif that if you are in a metal band you should own one, get the most expensive on and change the pick ups,Dimarzio are fine.

i'm saving money for a BC Rich Warlock Bass - blackie lawless can't go wrong! 
and yes i also will change the pickups as the standard ones are fuck for finger picking. i thought about seymour duncan.

I've got a warlock and it plays great! Get a USA one though, they are very good in quality, and you'll find that most people in signed bands that play one will have a USA one.

the other guitarist in my band has a warlock, there quite nice(and spikey) just dont for gods sake get a cheap one

The US BC Rich stuff SMOKES...
Be careful of what you're buying if you're not getting a US.
Most of the stuff Guitar Renter carrires is CRAP.
Older NJ (when it was still made in Nagoyo Japan, unlike the new NJ which is made in Korea).
Buy used... better bang for the buck.
Good US BCRich can be had on ebay for decent prices... keep your eyes open.

Death's Chuck Schuldiner used BC Rich I believe....I think he uses one in the Live in LA show actually...
