Beginners guide to Crimson II tracklist :)

At first I thought it would be divided into 7 or 8 tracks, and when I put the CD in the player I thought I'd become dyslexic or something when it said 44, but soon realized it was divided much like Diabloical Masquerade. I think it's a good idea..
 
I just have to ask, because so many seem to have downloaded(?) crimson II and are speaking of the album by tracknames (that don't really excist on the album)

in relation to the album, where do these tracks start and end? if someone has compared the the original album to the mp3s maybe you can help.
