yeah, Arctopus rules. That picture of Colin with the Warr Guitar cracks me up, though, 'cause he's so skinny and it's friggin huge.
I wish I lived in the northeast so I could go see them, Dysrhythmia, Kayo Dot, Time of Orchids, and the bazillion other bands that all seem to hang out together.

I love wacky shit like this. I can't listen to it everyday or while driving or anything, but on drunken nights when you're trying to out-weird your bros with music, Behold... the Arctopus should do the trick.
I listen to their first EP regularly, and the new song sounds pretty cool, too. Btw, I don't think it's a full-length coming out next year. The website lists only 3 tracks on the release. Maybe it needs to be updated, or maybe it's another EP.

Yeah I noticed that too, I think when he said a 12" vinyl was being released before the CD I just assumed it'd be full length.

They need to get on a label that would give them both the resources to record a full length and creative freedom...wouldn't be surprised if the KD guys have recommended them to Mr. Zorn...

I think its cool that Zorn signed Kayo Dot because Toby wrote him a letter. that is just so awesome.
these guys are playing around here in a few weeks. revisited the website, the new track I heard there is a "little" more cohesive for sure. not bad.
