Behringer distortion pedals

Thanks bro.

Particularly I'm looking for the Behringer VD-1. Have anyone tried it?

that Boss HM clone seems cool. I own the actual boss Heavy Metal pedal but it's a pain in the ass to power it as it doesn't use the standard type of power adapters. I'm forced to use a battery and it drains them really really fast to the point where it's not even worth using.

The Behringer HM2 Clone is really cool - build quality is ridiculous and I wouldn't use it live because of that but it sounds really close....maybe a little more muddy, but gets you real close to the Sunlight Sound...

i have a behringer screamer clone and it's been used by bands every time in the studio, thrown around and it works perfectly fine. it's plastic but it wont break easily.

I'm quite perplexed when I see comments like this (and I see them now and then). I don't know where you live but it seems strange that you have a hard time finding a simple 12V AC/DC adapter.

My experience is that they are noisy and even more noise when bypassed. I couldn't record with my tubescreamer clone. Joyo is the same as Harley Benton pedals and those are A LOT BETTER QUALITY already.

@Clark Kent I just tried a DS-1 Behringer clone and it works like the real deal. Not noisy at all. Which one did you find noisy? Maybe it was broken?

A friend of mine gave me his Behringer boost pedal years ago. Tested it a few times. Seemed really noisy and pretty sure it broke on me. Would never gig with one. It was the same build as the HM-300 posted above.
