Best account keeping software?

So it turns out support is ending for the current program I use to keep all my accounts, tax records, invoices etc. etc.

What is a suitable commercial alternative out there which won't cost me an arm and a leg? MYOB? Quicken?

Quickbooks is good, you can tailor it to suit almost any type business and its pretty user friendly

+1 to an actual accountant. Saves me literally thousands every year. I would never do taxes on my own as there is no way I could do what they do
