I'm just wondering what's everyone's favorite. Black Sabbath is so awesome.

You almost nailed it. I think it's actually "Into the Void", with closest competitors being "Symptom of the Universe" and "Black Sabbath". Anything off the first 6 albums is pretty awesome though ... plus I really dig the song "Heaven and Hell".
