As a heavy drinkers, Sweden is not the place to go. Monopolised off licences mean the goverment regulates how fucked up you get...which sucks

Norway is probably my ultimate favourite, outside the prices.

haven't noticed any regulation. the whole alcohol selling buisness is state-owned, but doesn't mean you can't buy anything. I haven't had any problems with buying alchohol. Or perhaps you mean in another way?
