As a heavy drinkers, Sweden is not the place to go. Monopolised off licences mean the goverment regulates how fucked up you get...which sucks :(

Norway is probably my ultimate favourite, outside the prices.

regulates? LOL

haven't noticed any regulation. the whole alcohol selling buisness is state-owned, but doesn't mean you can't buy anything. I haven't had any problems with buying alchohol. Or perhaps you mean in another way?

3,5.

but yeah, if you can't get the good stuff, you'll have to settle with that

some people do drink the beer for the enjoyment and not exclusivley for being drunk :)

I'll happily drinka bazlillion 3.5%'s.

Last year, at a BBQ in Germany, I drunk those tiny 3.5% biers until i fell off my seat. I was so drunk I didnt even notice. So they do fine :D

I'd say Canada.

If not Canada, then New Zealand.

If not New Zealand, then Ireland.

If not Ireland, then Iceland.
