Exactly. Not something to get worked up about, though I have to admit to the occasional snicker when running into people who thought I was Danish (no, but I'm sure I taste good ). As long as you don't think I'm Belgian! This (Holland) isn't a bad place to live (yet), but I'd probably still be living in Seattle if I didn't have kids. It may, on the whole, well be the best place to live, all things considered - at least I could make a fair argument for it. Heck, we even have the best beer now, which makes the existence of Belgium rather meaningless - aside from being the target of most of our jokes, of course

you know, The Netherlands and Holland is the EXACT same thing.
There are indeed two provinces called "Noord-Holland" and "Zuid-Holland", but those two together are néver called Holland. (At least not by the Dutch people I know) sooo...

The Netherlands definetely even though i havent lived there for 10 years!!
Just to clear it all up Holland is two provinces together (but not often called that by the dutch) which are part of The Netherlands which is the whole country. Im pretty sure thats correct since im dutch..... Italy's also a pretty kool place to live n of course USA
