Prologue/April Ethereal beats all the rest by miles. It's just so fucking good the piano and rain setting the atmosphere in the intro that fades into the thunderous double bass of April Ethereal. It's soooooooo good, it is the best opening to any album!

The Leper Affinity followed by April Ethereal.

These two specific songs might be Opeth's best in general.

It was hard to pick Ghost of Perdition over The Moor. Maybe if I hadn't been listening to Ghost of Perdition so much lately. However, the Moor has always been exceptional, but never gripped me, whereas GoP invades every ounce of me for just about every moment of the song. Meh.

:headbang: Prologue/APRIL ETHEREAL - easily! Also, one of the best Opeth tracks there is.

But, The Moor IS very nice. Between the two, I couldn't choose which song is the better one, but Ethereal definitely starts out better

I would have to shit my pants if they came out in the darkness with Prologue starting, then they being April Ethereal right as the lights come on. Perfect opening!
