Sitcoms are one of the lower forms of entertainment. Right downthere with a circle jerk.

That said, Seinfeld FTW

Funny even in moments of absolute silence and total inactivity.

Exactly. Once you've watched the show again and again, it gets to the point where EVERYTHING Ricky Gervais says or does is funny. Easily my favourite comedy of all time.

Seinfeld, but I love Married With Children too so I voted both

I have an uncle who reminds me so much of Jerry Seinfeld it's ridiculous. he's broken up with girls because of the way they cut their raviolis or what type of wine they order at dinner. it's hilarious

Evil's mother must have walked in to the shoe store! Certainly there must be something more to his distaste for the genius masterwork that singlehandedly legitimatized Fox as a network.

So I finally watched a bit of Father Ted after years of being harassed by MajestikMoose, and it was HILARIOUS!

The one I saw involved a bunch of priests "accidentally" getting "lost" in the lingerie section of a department store.

Who here remembers the episode of Married w/ Children where Al is on the phone for the entire episode w/ an automated directory, to deal with an issue over his Dodge. While this is transpiring, Bud is having a "Field of Dreams" moment in the basement building a contraption to score chicks. So bloody hysterical!
