Mine is definitely Buried By Time and Dust. Attila's vocals really shine on that song.

Really, I'm the only one who liked "Funeral Fog" the most? Oh well. It was kinda hard to choose on this one anyway, I had a three-way tie between that, "Freezing Moon", and "Buried by Time and Dust".
