As far as I know, Austin is great for college life.

Yep. My cousin attened Uni of Texas, and my sister worked on 6th Street at a bar. THey had a blast.

But that is only one side of AUstin. Lots of company headquarters as well as certain departments and branches move to Austin because of the graduates, wich makes it a big draw to people like you and me.

so I am completely falling in love with 2 different type of new developments in the NYC area ... one is by the beach ... really airy Californai style developments ... great in summer, but must be pretty brutal in winter.

meh, I've always hated that CNN Money shitlist. I'd plug in shit that I like and 100 cities I've never heard of would pop up, almost all of them in New Jersey, which is probably the WORST PLACE ON EARTH
