best way to use a ts9 with an ns-2 and a 5150

I've tried a few ways, right now i have the guitar > TS9 > NS-2 input > output to 5150

feeds back mroe than i'd like

Tried the other way around and fed back like crazy..

That's the way I do it. But I use a Decimator. And what settings do you have the TS at? If you have it set too gainy, it will be noisy as hell.

I've got the gain on 0 and the level on about 3 o clock cuz any louder and it feeds back

IIRC, the "correct" levels that people are using is

Drive: 9 o clock
and the other knobs at 12 o clock.

i hook up mine like this:

guitar to NS 2 input - ns2 out to amp.

overdrive input to ns2 send. overdrive out to ns2 return.

that way is THE way to do it. believe me i've tried everything else.

Why not stick the NS in the loop?

I've never had major problems with feedback using a TS7 NS2 and either my XXX, DSL or Windsor.

Maybe you need to back off the gain a bit?

through the pedals fx loop works like a charm

Yeah I use it through the pedal loop as well. Still feeds back if I have the pregain on the amp over 4 at high volume but I mean what the heck.

if you're close to the amp you have to have your ns2 threshlold past 12 o clock. for bigger stages i usually find 9 o clock to work good. sometimes less.

decay at 0 always.
