I want to wish Valofvalhalla ......Lori a quick recovery, she had a major surgery this week, and has been in the hospital for the last 5 days, I know everyone wishes her the best & a speedy recovery, she'll be at home recovering for a month......I miss her already, no doubt we all do........

I definately want to wish Lori aka "Val" nothing but the best and a quick recovery. I spoke with her before her big surgery and she was in good spirits, that's just her, a kick ass nice person with a great attitude. We're all hoping this is over fast , and yes, we miss you on the board and talking with you every week. Just think , when you're done with this you can tear up the road with your new wheels !!!! :headbang:

Talk to you soon Lori

Hey DE, thanks for posting this. I hadn't talked to Lori in a couple weeks
so I didnt know she was in the hospital but I've been wondering where
she's been.

I couldn't say it any better than HL, Lori is a nice person and she kicks much
ass and has a great attitude and the board isn't the same without her posts.
I hope she feels better soon and makes it back here.

get well soon Lori!

I too would like to wish Lori a very speedy recovery! She Pm'd me and told me she wouldn't be on for a while...I hope everything went ok! Use that phone number if ya wanna talk girl!!

OMG! This has to be the nicest thing that any metal board has ever done for me. Thanks to everyone for taking a moment of their time to personally wish me well. I can't tell you how appreciated you all are for saying these great things.

Surgery sucked! Having all my guts taken out and laid next to me in the surgery room was a bit too much, but I bet not as bad as what Chuck had to put up with.....(Thank god for his doctor, where would we all be without Chuck & Testament). And the lady that I shared a room with???? She snored so loud that I had to wear a pair of earplugs so that I could get some sleep. The worst five days of my life.

I should be on my feet again in the next week or two. It's really hard having to stay at home and not work. I don't think I've ever earned pay for not working....that's great and all, but a person can only watch t.v. for so long or read before they start going nutz!

Thanks again everyone and thank you Walter for taking the time to run this thread. It really does make a difference.

:headbang: Lori :headbang:

I talked with Val on the phone tonight & she sounded really good, I had a hard time ending our conversation, I could talk with her forever, we all miss her, and are glad the worst is over, but the positive thing is she has'nt missed any killer shows.......And shes having a hard time taking her New Exodus out of the CD player, thats a good sign.........plus she just got a brand new Corvette before her surgery, its sitting in her driveway, waiting for her to break in.......Black on Black..........Now thats also real Metal........But now she has the strength to post, so I'm glad shes back!
