Thought some might be interested in reading this. Apparently almost all distorted guitars on their new album are Axe FX

From the one track I've heard off the new release, the guitar tone sounded MUCH better than their previous releases. Something about their older guitar tone just put me off. Sounded cloudy and just sort of buried. New tones seems sharp and cutting.

Im a tremendous fan of Colours, and I dig a few other songs here and there. It's insane how good this band is and how bad their production has always been.
