Biomechanical's album Eight Moons will be released on the 6th of October instead of the 1st of September 2003.

Revolver Record's promotional department had to take the decision with the members of the band to put back the release of Eight Moons another four weeks due to the clash between the release date and the timetable of the promotional schedule.

Paul Birch (Revolver) said that "every label needs at least eight weeks to promote a band and sort out the distribution of an album. It would be great for the release to go with the Bloodstock festival but it's too close and it doesn't enable us to reach our promotional goals"

John K said, "It's for the best, after all it's only a month and there is no point in releasing an album without any advertisement whatsoever. The big magazines won't feature an album unless it coincides with it's release and we want to do our best in promoting our music.
If the label thinks it's better to postpone the release for another four weeks
then so be it. We have to trust their judgement.
Me and the guys are really exited with the release and the up and coming gig @ the Bloodstock UK Metalfest,we can't wait!!"

CDs will be exclusively available on the Bloodstock festival a month prior it's release!
