I have been a long time lurker of this forum and I have learned almost everything from here. So, thank you for giving me endless amounts of tips and information.

Anyways, this is my first posted mix. I think it's okay, but I would like some input before giving it back to the band.

needs a different snare sample, one that cuts through the fast parts better. less bassy and more snappy.

By the way, everything in the song is around 95% real and I was trying to put as little sample as possible. The snare was tuned really low.

I prefer the first version you uploaded. New snare is a bit too intrusive, too seperated from the rest of the track.

Otherwise, sounds really good. Guitars sound great, obviously a HM2 - what's it in front of?

Thanks for the reply. Do you prefer the whole first mix or just the snare from the first mix?

The guitars are two amps on each side. One side was a shitty blue voodoo that was modded and a 6505 with an hm2 in front of it. The other side was a marshall jcm2000 and a 6505 with a hm2 in front.
