Blackfield cover (Acoustic stuff, Steven Wilson content!)

Hey guys! This is a cover I recorded last week. I got into doing a lot of this type of stuff recently, and do about one or two each week, clean/acoustic stuff like Oasis, Porcupine Tree, Blackfield, Silversun Pickups (working on a cover of Melatonin atm). Here's my shot at the title song from Blackfield's first album:

I did the best I could with the vocals, but they were tracked by my friend who who did them in about 30 mins in a basement with RIDICULOUS reflections on cement walls, and a ridiculous amount of boominess / low end. It sounds VERY tinny to be honest.

Apart from that, I've experimented a lot with mic'ing up my acoustic, and I like my recent results better. Let me know what you think!

I like it, apart from the vocals which sound like they are beyond repair and definitely have to be recorded again. Check the bass guitar's low-end and levelwise the mix could benefit from some changes.
