Good album, not fantastic but good. A promising band undoubtedly, their cover of 'Hit The Lights' on the debut and their cover of 'Prowler' in "Maiden Heaven" (Kerrang tribute) are very decent.
Good album but nothing that I'll listen enough to keep. You know what I mean? At this point I'd rather have the kid listen to that than let's say Fallout Boy...
I really hope so. As well as there are young fans of the old school (and we have lately many in here gratefully) I hope some or many young musicians decide to take the torch and continue the good music of the golden era of metal. Not that I'm against new bands with new sounds, but I like to see bands playing by the old school rules.
Let's face it i's a good business you have the old guys (with money) to buy the records and you introduce the young guys (maybe with money) to the art of collecting albums instead of downloading the flavor of the week (like pop fans do) creating potential buyers foir the future.
