Check out this band...they hit 48 on Billboard their debut week. Relevance here? Rob Caggiano produced them. Can any of the other members say that? I think not.

I know it's horribly unfashionable to say so, but I like Cradle of Filth. I know they aren't remotely black metal any more. I don't care, I like their Maiden meets Mayhem meets Hammer Horror shtick.

So Dani and crew are very image concious - I personally can't see why it's ok to like a band so ultimately mediochre as, say, Arch Enemy (these days), but it's a metal-sin to go public in liking COF. Can someone tell me why ?
