Hey, i did a little bit of blending on some kick samples, and i wanna know what you think of it, and if you guys want to use it, you're welcome to! a
The two kicks i blended, i downloaded from that catalog that Erkan uploaded.
One is labeled "brian's kick" which is the main sound i wanted to come through. I compressed it a tiny bit, and boosted the eq some around 2-5k, to give it a little bit more of a solid snap sound.
the sample i blended in underneath it was Behindert's "esxoduskagge" kick to give brian's kick a little bit more thickness and power. I eq'd behindert's kick to cut down on some of the high end snap it has, as brian's had the tone i wanted, and the two kick's high ends were clashing and didn't sound really well, but left the low and low mids in there to give it the thickness that i thought was missing from "brian's" kick.
