Fair warning that this type of kick sample is most likely not useful for modern metal/rock and most productions that fit the audience here. The band that I recorded from this session plays d-beat and early 90's-influenced death metal so they wanted a raw kick sound.
I decided to make samples from it since I rarely see raw kicks like this being offered (besides the unprocessed ones in Superior). Even the processed TCI sounds pretty raw -- it has some subtractive EQ, mild compression, a little bit of high-end additive EQ along with Satson's saturation engaged 1st in the chain. So it's another flavor. Perhaps both of these can be very useful for more raw "old-school" productions, or just blending and processing on your own.
And I'm using bitly.com just so I can track d/l stats from dropbox.
