books on recording

These are the last two I got... They cover basics and if you get the release that comes with the DVD it demonstrates the lessons along with the chapters you read. Finding good books is tough though, at least for me, because I think a lot of personal trial and error is needed to really learn it and develop your listening. But some of the books can give a good understanding of the basics.
