Bounce clips in Reaper ?

Click "S" to split the sections up how you want (remember to put the play marker where you want to split the wav files beforehand), copy/paste (or cut/paste... or just move the part over by drag n drop) it into the new track.

select item/items you want to export, then right click, then "glue items" or " glue "items within time selection", this produces a new file on your hard drive, located in your project folder, but replaces the files in the project. "render item as new take" makes the same, but puts the new files as new take over the selected items. Hope I could help.
