I'd be interested to find out what you guys think and of course what I'm overlooking to improve this... The mix is pretty minimal and quiet so you'll have to turn it up.
I'm wanting the guitar to have body with some fizz but not too much low end to stay true to the 80s sound.

Haha, your thread title reminds me ofseeing Maiden the other night

The track's pretty cool. Did well with the "bass". The guitar tone I would probably put some of those scooped mids back in just to bring the higher mids into balance, maybe pull out a tiny bit of the fizz at ~8kHz, but that might not be necissary once the mids are eased back in.
Cool raw tone. I like that vibe, I haven't heard it for a while.
