Let me see.

1. Speeding 12 km/h above limit (cost me 25 € reprimand fee).
2. Crossing traffic light on a bicycle (cost me 25 € reprimand fee)
3. Not returning some books to the school library

I think you can see on this thread how a society shapes its criminals.... Seems that Germans can not be metal, because they can't be breaking the law by drinking in public . Moreover, going 180 km/h on German motorways is perfectly normal; and another shame: For possession of weed not exceeding 6 grams, the prosecution sevice will not open any criminal record. Only thing is that they take the weed from you.
