Broken Shure SM57! HELP!!!!

I said to my vendor that if he want, we could write a mail to Rick regarding the original vendor and these fake shure..
I found different discussion regarding fake sm57s and there are different case:
- Bag with "made in china" sign
- Orange and blue wires instead of yellow and green (originals)
- The R letter on the SHURE sign sticks up a little higher. In the original sign all the letters are the same height. And the mic capsule that doesn't spin freely (my case).
When I'll buy an sm57 in the shop I think I'll make an ispection of letters,capsule,signs,etc....fuckin' fakers!!!!!!

The only way to guarantee that you won't get another fake is to purchase from an authorized dealer. I'll see if I can find a European dealer today and I'll let you know.

The easiest way to avoid buying counterfeit is to look at the price....if it seems too good to be true then it is.

all of the newer ones have "made in china" bags but only the bags are made in china
