Disgorge does do that style well of course, but other than She Lay Gutted and possibly Cranial Impalement, I wouldn't say they are so much better than Condemned.

One thing I don't understand, why are most people more appreciative of Cephalotripsy than Condemned???

Angel's vocal style works much better with Cephalotripsy, first of all.

Cephalotripsy is just neanderthalic fun. Condemned feels like their trying to hard to ape everything Disgorge has ever done + add in a few cephaloslams but with utterly horrible production that leaves the entire album pussified.

New Parisitic Extirpation is as bad as expected, CtR gets boring really fast, and Hydrocephalic is a huge disappointment :S. Good news is Cenotaph is raping me anally.

Maybe I'm biased b/c I heard Desecrate the Vile first, and when I heard Cephalotripsy, it just sounded like an elementary version of Condemned. I didn't think the production was bad at all on the Condemned album. The only complaint was the additional 8 minutes of silence that they put on the end of the album to push its length to 32 minutes.
