I heard Apostle (Swe) for the first time the other day. I had my doubts going in (vegans, animal rights, etc. themes) but it was actually a fairly interesting brutal death album. It had some randomness to it, but worth a listen I'd say.

you already have your hands on the pathology CD? seems like not too long ago Age of Onset came out.

The new HoP was pretty fuckin good from what I remember, same sound, with some memorable songs. Check out the song, "The Woeful Eucharisty". Imo, the best song on it!





........... brutal death metal about animal rights and being a vegan? I guess ever since Christian BDM came out, anything and everything is brutal.

Finally got around to listening to Cenotaph - Putrescent Infectious Rabidity. Pretty good stuff, my only complaint is the pinch harmonic overuse. Too many squeals. I'd put it behind the new efforts of Defeated Sanity and Cerebral Effusion though for BDM aoty.

The new Pathology is their best yet.... but good god is it ever weird. You can hear the Victory Records influence. It's oddly melodic, some chug breakdowns, hell, some riffs sound like fucking Cannibal Corpse. But I think it's great.

New Waking The Cadaver is actually passable.

You know, I find all of those sub-par, except for the Disgorge album, but then again, I've come to accept that our tastes somehow differ greatly in such a narrow genre. lol.

New Pathology is amazing. Whoa shit.

I love Mortal Decay. Sickening Erotic Fanaticism deserves a lot more respect than it has gotten.

Will have to give the new Pathology and the new Waking the Cadaver a listen...Or maybe just the new Pathology

Pathology are good, but Age of Onset is pretty boring. Surgically Hacked was damn good though. They don't tour to much do they? Every new cd released nearly annually.
