Building a custom prototype cab

I've this idea of building custom cabs and I'm actually thinking how to do the prototype.
What do you think is better? Build a cab with 4 speakers of the same type (v30's, greenbacks,etc...) or a cab with 4 different speakers?
The first one should be good to test in a live situation but the second could be awesome to post samples of the 4 different configuration..
Ideas?

Why not mix the 2 ideas and build a cab with 2 types of speakers

Like Greenbacks and V30s in an X-Pattern or something like that, maybe 4 different speakers would be
hard to get the character of each speaker, but with two different speakers it's easier to get an idea
of the individual sounds... I think I wrote bullshit

It's another idea...the 4 speakers mode is cool to take samples of how the cab sound with the different configuration available, but maybe unusable live :\
