building a soundproof room

Anyone know where I can get good plans to build an isolation booth? I live in a fourplex so I can't have my guitar loud most of the time. I have a basement below that I would like to build a very small room for guitar cabs and vocals. What would be the smallest possible size I could use?

Probably just big enough to sing in would be fine, you arn't going to want ambience anyway.

Go to the library and look for a book called 'Sound Studio Construction On A Budget' by F. Alton Everest. It has great tips and so on, and also most of the techniques used aren't that pricey so you'll be able to actually afford it too
Just to state something, i hope you aren't looking to make it totally sound proof? Cause that'll cost you bigtime, and it will also take a lot of room.
