Heh, that was pretty much what I was suggesting
and yeah, unfortunately 21 years is the maximum. In finland you can be serving life and get pardoned after 12 years, which sucks more than anything, if you get sentenced for life, that should mean life, otherwise whats the point?

the funny thing is when he is asked what he's gonna do when they release him, he continually says he's gonna kill all the other he had meant to kill before. but they're gonna let him out anyway. hehehe
