Yeah, me neither but some of those groupings are worth a listen or two. I'll be giving it a shot.

I don't care about the Beatles, I care about Lemmy singing it . Besides I know the versions are going to be funny, same as Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Ozzy and AC/DC tributes.

title says all, this isn't going to be pretty. What's will all the wank-metal musicians?

Can you ellaborate? Because certain players are indeed not of my devotion but who you call a wanker?

All of these tunes, except maybe the Lemmy and Pinnick renditions will most definitely descend into sunset strip sleaze rock with lots of guitar histrionics and ooh yeahs that probably shouldn't be there. The only guitarist from this list that really interests me is Lynch, who was easily the best of the post-halen cock rock crew. The rest will do their job and steve vai will make weird noises and play a chord that reminds him of an apple.

Because they have fallen out of relavence, are broke and the cover album circuit pays a little bit. One of these pops up every 6 months or so. I remember the Rush one was hilarious. Romeo's guitar solo on Analog Kid is hilariously over done and out of place.

Why all the hatred towards the beatles? While most metal owes a lot more to the R&B riff based approach of the stones (Sabbath, Priest, Metallica, Slayer, etc) some still show a strong influence for the beatles style of harmony and songwriting (Queensryche and Nevermore come to mind)

Have you heard any of the other projects led by Kullick? I can assure you that never fall into the category you mention.

As for guitars Malmsteen, Lukather, Vai, Campbell (Phil), Aldrich, Stevens are all recognized guitar players with great albums under their belts.

So basically you are defending (IMO) a nonsense position.
