Can you make things other than clothing?

I want a custom job done in either leather or neoprene. It would be covers for my golf clubs, with a logo and numbering. I can't find the supplies to have it done local and would really like to have protective covers for my clubs. All the ones that are available in stores just suck, I want something unique.

This reminds me I need to find someone to hem jeans for me. They don't make jeans in the correct waist : length ratio to fit me and I end up dragging the hems until they get chewed up from the sidewalk.
