Can anyone give a pointers using SIRv1?

Hi,

I am trying impulses for the first time running them in SIRv1. I am not sure if there are any "correct" settings? For example should the envelope setting be at anything other than zero. Similarly with Attack & Length settings; should they be set to have any effect or...

if your using it strictly for speaker cab/ gear impulses you want to run it 100% wet to get just the impulse (wet) version

if you are using it for convolution reverbs you can adjust envelopes, mix ratio, attack, pre-delay, whatever, just like any reverb plug

you can mess with it however you want the only "correct" setting is the one that sounds good
