Bah, I can't turn off this sharing hotspot crap. Keeps telling me come back later. Further more, the Arris TG862 is known to have this mysterious blinking light. I'm not alone here. Now the damn thing won't show any of the connected devices. I'm going to try a factory reset, fuck.

I'm just ranting at this point.

Those hotspots are very common in Europe and saved me so many times. Now that everyone has 3G on their phone its not as obvious but i cant say how many Times i moved to a new home and i was happy i could get some free wifi with my mother's login code.

Paranoïa is irrelevant because these connections are tracked differently by providers, and they dont share much of the box bandwidth
