There's a hotel right next door to where I used to live. It's walking distance to BB King's, and it's pretty cheap (at least I think it is).
I forgot the name of it, but I could ask a friend that lives around there if you'd like
It's on 40th between Lex and 3rd. It's right next to a really nice pub, Grand Central, and loooaaaads of bars
