Where's the best place to buy a Caparison in this continent? I know Guitar Asylum sells 'em but before I pay their prices I figured I'd check to see if there was any competition...

AFAIK, Guitar Asylum is the only place to buy them in America, and because of that their prices are retardedly high. Ebay it. I was looking at buying one last year, and it figures that the UK is about 1/100th the size of America but has about 5x more Cap dealers. I didn't buy one in the end, as it so happened.
I found a Canadian Caparison dealer but they want like $3500 for a Dellinger II! I spec'd out a custom Ran that was exactly like a Dellinger but with a tune-o-matic bridge for less than that.
