My friend has the Necroticism reissue, I believe. The cover art is still the same of course, just darker in color than the original... though the back part of the album has a close-up image of the atuopsy pictures of the band members (I think that was different from the original, I could be wrong).
There's a couple videos on the re-issue too, forgot which ones. I haven't seen em yet though, but when my friend gets back from his trip in a few more days, I'll ask to check out the album so I can see what else could be new/confirm what the vids are.
