Celestion G12-H75 review

Sounds killer in your vid!

I wanted creamback M's to X-pattern with V30's in my 4x12 after a friend got some for his Orange cab, but ended up with EVH's. They seem sorta similar... they both have the same cone as the Heritages.

Kind of unrelated, lol. Sorry.

Between these and the the G12-35XC, I'm gassing hard.

I bet those 35XC's are sweet too, only heared some sound clips and saw some videos, but those were enough to get my interest. Pretty sure they sound awesome for cleans to high gain stuff, just like both creambacks can do it all, imo.

How does the H-75 compare to the H-30 Anniversary? :)

I would definitely go for the H-75, the H-30 has something dirty/nasty in the highs in my opinion, while the H-75 has an oldschoolish treble feel too, but I think the overall color is better/not nasty sounding.

Here's another small clip I did, with some arch enemy DI's someone posted (link to topic for DI's: http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/...ure-cover-multitracks-dis-stems-included.html )

Don't listen to the cymbals, just did a quick test, so overall mix is not finished.

The small lead melody is done with my krank amp, main rhythm sound is EVH. All using the H-75 Creamback ofcourse.

I would like to add, just testing my mesa roadster with the H-75. I normally am not a fan of using the mesa without a tubescreamer for rhythm tones, but it actually is really tight with this speaker. Strange!
