Best bet is to make one yourself man. I'm sure I priced up the parts from Maplin or something and it came to less than £30. Read the sticky thread about dummy loads from start to finish and get to work.

Yeah there was a bit of confusion at the start of the thread but the schematic with the 9 resistors should be fine as long as you get resistors with a high enough power handling.
