Anyone recommend some cheap monitors for tracking? I'd rather not use these $15 shit radioshack speakers to track with...
this is for my home setup (I have HS80s in the studio)... would like some input...
and this smiley is for my amusement only.
edit: another option I'm also debating, is taking the monitor outs on my mbox2 and somewhere down the line converting to RCA and plugging it directly into my home theatre system... if this becomes THE option, do i need to use TRS or is Mono 1/4" to RCA fine... or should i just take the headphone out and go 1/8" to RCA (just thought of this right now... after spending 20 minutes in radio shack racking my brain...and not buying anything...)?? I do want to at least have some resemblance of right/left for rough mixes and demoing ideas for myself...
