edit: I listened to both songs twice, the main problem was in the song material. At first it sounded decent, but it got boring pretty quickly.

I am not sure if it is bad mp3 conversion but these both sound like ass.

it probably was. for the first track im pretty sure i exported all the tracks as 48k mp3 files into cubase.
